It seems like there is a million agents in the Fargo-Moorhead, but how are you choosing yours? You SHOULD be picky when choosing your realtor, your home is one of your biggest assets. Here is a look into ME as your realtor 🤎


1. I take professional photos of your home, not with my phone, but with a nice Nikon D7500 camera. The first thing potential buyers see of your home is photos, I made sure they tell the story of your home and leave people wanting to see it for themselves.

2. With taking photos I am not afraid to move things around to ensure photos look their best, I guess you could add interior designer to my resume'.

3. I do not only take photos, but I also take videos and edit them into reels for more exposure.


4. I make it a goal to market your home to the max. In ways I do this - I post your home on all of mine and our teams socials with ads, your home is posted to all FB buy & sell pages, I make unique eye catching videos and content letting my creative side run free, I send an email out to all current/past clients with your homes details, and lastly neighbors are nosy so I use it to our advantage and send them a flyer with details incase they know someone looking to be their neighbor.

Along with marketing it on socials and your neighborhood, I have the advantage of being a REAL agent, this gives me access and the opportunity to share your home with not only agents on my team but the growing number of other REAL agents in Fargo-Moorhead. Unlike on social media, I am able to share your home with fellow REAL agents before your home goes on the market, giving it extra exposure and excitement built up.


5. I am well versed in the market, this is my full time job and I'm in it everyday learning the markets ins and outs. We as a team also have 3 meetings a week, 1 geared towards market updates and strategies and another with connections on upcoming listings/client needs.

6. CMA. Being well versed in the market gives me the ability to run an accurate and detailed cost market analysis with comps, lay out planned strategies and options for you, as well as being in tune with the current market.


7. I want you to feel prepared and help take the stress off in any way I can, so I created a pre-listing sellers guide filled with tips and tricks for selling, staging, beneficial small updates, showing suggestions, and more.
