don't be afraid to follow your heart!

In the spirit of following your heart, I have some exciting news!

Last week I made the decision to transfer my license! I am now blessed to be surrounded by amazing people and new opportunities at The Elm Group brokered by REAL. It was not an easy decision and one that I pondered on for almost half a year, because I truly did love my current brokerage. But, I'm a big believer in listening to your gut and following your heart, and my heart was being pulled down a new path.

This change has already led to new opportunities, a lightened heart, and an exciting future!

What this means for clients

Pretty much nothing, only good things!! I will still be servicing the Fargo-Moorhead, Wahpeton-Breckenridge areas, and travel to lakes country as well. If anything, you're just getting a better version of me! The switch has made me take a step back and given me a chance to re-vamp my brand and business.

Technology wise, there are new features I'm excited to share with clients! I am always looking for new ways I can add value to my client's lives, and this transformation has given me many new ideas in how I can do so!

What this means for me

New opportunities and a lightened heart! I have already felt a weight lifted off my shoulders and look forward to stepping into my new chapter arms open.

I started diving deeper into real estate photography so I can capture amazing listing photos for myself and other agents. I have had my Nikon D7500 for a couple years now, but mostly used it for personal photography. Pictures are the first thing a potential buyer and other agents see when a home goes on the market, I not only make it a goal to capture every room as if you're walking through the home in person, but to add a unique look into the homes! This change has given me more time and opportunities to grow in my love for photography.

I have gained access to amazing tools that I am excited to share with clients!

My new brokerage shares a building down-town with Unseen an amazing non-profit organization that accelerates the growth of anti-trafficking and root cause organizations to bring freedom to people globally.

Transferring my license has also opened my eyes to new marketing ideas, new connections, and a happier me!
